Another great clinic with Steffens Peters! This was the first time Steffen has worked with Benidetto. He was very excited about the stallion and says he has a natural talent for collection! He commented on how Benidetto has 3 very good gaits! The goal is to show Prix St Georges and Intermediare I next season!

January 2009 |
On January 12-15 2009 Stacy was very fortunate to be one of the 5 hand picked riders to take part in a clinic given by Melissa Simms in Wellignton, FL. Stacy rode Suzanne McCarthy's Faber Castell and Beverly Nahman's Weltinvader. This intense four day clinic was life changing in the way of everyday training, not only for these two horses, but also for Stacy's other horses in training and her students as well! Melissa's classical teachings helped Faber Castell gain trust in Stacy and gave him the confidence to move forward without too much effort and at the same time staying soft and supple through his whole body. Weltinvader gained confidence in his flying lead changes and by the end of the four days "Vader" was moving with great power and cadence while maintaining softness and suppleness. Stacy is looking forward to working Melissa again! For more information about Melissa Simms visit www.greenvistastables.com/Clinics.html
Just following the Melissa Simms clinic on January 17-18 Stacy worked again with Steffen Peters this time with Aileen Daly's horses High and Mighty and Rubens Barricello. Again, Steffen was so helpful pointing out how competitive High and Mighty is and gave Stacy some pointers on how to step up her game! Rubens worked on his flying changes and tips on how to get them more confirmed!
It was a fun filled week of riding and Stacy is looking forward to working with both Melissa Simms and Steffen Peters in the near future!

December 2008 |
| On December 13-14, 2008 Stacy Parvey-Larsson had the opportunity to participate in a clinic given by the two time Olympian Steffen Peters at Bass Pond Farm in Wellington, FL. This spot in his clinic was given to Stacy by her client Suzanne McCarthy. She rode Suzanne's Grand Prix horse Faber Castell both days. She found Steffen to be very complimentary of her riding and walked away from the clinic with more tools to to assist the training of Faber Castell. |
