Jenna Detandt

In the fall of 2009, I moved to Ocala from Jacksonville Florida to attend school at CFCC. I am very excited to be enrolled in the Equine Studies Program, majoring specifically in Equine Exercise Physiology. I have been riding for 10 years, and became fascinated with the sport of dressage when I was 14 years old. Since then, I have competed in the Northeast Florida Dressage Association series, USDF recognized shows, and two USDF Region 3 Championships. I also enjoy participating in the Intercollegiate Dressage Association shows, and am currently the captain of the CFCC dressage team. In the future, I hope to follow my ambition of working as an assistant trainer, farm manager or veterinarian technician.
